Non-Medical Transportation (NMT)
Collective Care appreciates how important it is to our friends in the Disabled Community to participate in the workforce, Day Centers, and other important community activities. We serve as a bridge in the process of providing Individuals with reliable access to Community Integration.

As NMT providers, we ensure respect for the Individual’s rights, prompt pickup times, friendly customer service, safety, and clean vehicles.

Collective Care drivers must represent the company at all times responsibly and professionally. Drivers must be Reliable, Self Sufficient, and Hard Working while maintaining Integrity.

 

Drivers Must:

  • Log daily documentation

  • Use technology such as smartphones and tablets

  • Read and navigate GPS

  • Write short reports when applicable

  • Assist individual in and out of the vehicle

  • Think on their feet to solve unexpected problems

  • Implement conflict resolution skills

  • Follow all safety and traffic laws

  • Follow DODD and Agency Policies and Procedures

  • Attend scheduled meetings

About the job:

Transport Disabled Individuals to and from predetermined destinations. $15 Hour.
